Diana took great care to get me in and out quickly to make sure I wasn't late to work. She did a great job in the process! I am new in town and will definitely be one of their new regulars. The service is very friendly!

If I could give a zero I would.  Asked for an American manicure and they had no idea. Tips look horrible, white left on fingers, cuticles not taken care of. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place

So I made an appointment this afternoon after having been to this shop once before and having an absolutely horrible experience, but I made sure it wouldn't be the same lady, and set up and appointment for 3:30. I arrived at 3:25 and all the techs were busy so I sat down to wait, noticing they had all JUST started on a client, but I was going to be patient. After sitting for more than 10 minutes one of the girls started asking what times the people sitting waiting had set up appointments for... 3 different people had appointments at the EXACT same time. She started asking "can you wait?" ... yes I probably can, but I don't want to, that's why I made an appointment. I walked out. Horrible service!

Well, they don't deserve any stars from me. I called at 9:40 am on my only day off, Sunday. I spoke with someone who called themself Diana. I asked the cost of getting my OWN real nails done she quoted me  $10.00. I proceeded with scheduling an 11:00 am with this Diana person. I quickly rushed and got myself ready for the day to pamper myself. My husband and I get there he drops me off, I walk in and this Asian girl tells me there's no Diana that works there and could I come back on Monday. Wow, freaking really? How completely unprofessional are you!

Was not at all impressed! They told me that they could do a certain style and design that I was looking for and then once I was in the chair she couldn't do it at all. I will NEVER go there again!
