Fabulous environment. Very comfortable. Very safe and not like other studios. I highly recommend. Just pay close attention to the schedule online to make sure to not get classes mixed up.  I did that a couple times. Dee, Colleen, Katie and Trish all bring a little something different to the table. Make sure to try all of them. There are other instructors that come in, taught with Dee's care and definitely worth a try.  You won'tbe disappointed.

Amazing class ran by an amazing instructor amy!!! Most fun i have ever had exercising!!

1/19 Not walk-in friendly. Class was cancelled after it was supposed to start. Only members can view cancellations.

I love this studio all of the staff are happy and welcoming.  They provide a great yoga experience no matter your level of experience.  They have an awesome funky vibe, and play a fun array of music throughout the classes.
