I had some weird guck on my car which didn't come off the first time I went through the car wash. One of the workers suggested I go to the big cleaning area with a special sponge to really get the guck off. It totally worked! He then told me to go through the car wash again to rinse out the leftover guck. I felt good that they cared that I left with a clean car.
