Gave this place two tries before reviewing. Didn't think the second time could be worse than the first but I was wrong. I waited 23 minutes (YES, TWENTY THREE MINUTES) for a hot dog and a soft pretzel. So much for quick and easy. The menu either needs to be cut way down to something these people can handle or they need to suck it up and properly staff their store and kitchen.

Store went downhill fast after hiring many lazy people. This place was great when it first opened and the actual store as a facility is nice, but the people who work there now are really lazy. Twice now I've witnessed several of them blatantly hiding from customers at both the checkout counter and the food station. They are the kind of people who hope they get fired so as to get back on welfare. It's really a shame because the store has so much potential. I won't be going there anymore though.

This place is alright. Decent prices. Use the giant eagle advantage card. Save on gas. ALWAYS CROWDED.

The kitchen staff is horrible! They would rather have a conversation with each other instead of preparing customers orders.
