Tried to prepay for $10 in gas since the credit card machine at the pump was broken.  The cashier told me my card was declined which I knew was not true.  When I asked him to run the card again he acted like he did, but I could tell he really didn't because the register never said "processing".  I left and went to Kroger gas station to fuel up and my credit card worked just fine.  If you want to only accept cash that is fine, but you don't have to embarrass people making them think they don't have enough money or that their card has been hacked.  There was a $4 minimum charge to use a credit card, so I was well over that.  Unfortunately,  they have lost all of my future business.
