If you want to improve your health, challenge yourself, and not be bored doing the same thing every day, then you have to check out CrossFit Gettysburg! The coaches are awesome and truly care about their members. They are extremely knowledgeable and motivating. CrossFit gives the benefits of working with a personal trainer but in a positive and very motivating group environment. Workouts can be scaled or modified to any level and members love to encourage and support each other. CF Gettysburg also offers seminars and group challenges throughout the year for members that focus on overall health and well being. I have been a member for a little over a year now, and I could go on and on about my positive experience. Come check out the BEST place to workout in Gettysburg, it will change your life!

CrossFit Gettysburg is absolutely life changing! I came in as a skeptic, testing it out with a trial for a few sessions (and I had been sure that this would NOT work). Instead, I learned that I cannot imagine anything better than this. I was concerned that I would not know what to do or how to do anything, nor would I be capable. Instead, the coaches always know when to help and what I need. They make sure you are always doing your lifts correctly, and they know how to optimize every workout in a personalized manner. Yet they are never overbearing--they simply know when and how to help. It's now painful for me to miss a single day, and I enjoy so much how the sessions are scheduled. I can choose from multiple times each day to fit my schedule, while being amazed at how the 60-minute sessions always start and stop on time, while maximizing the time spent there. I do GREATLY regret not starting this long ago!

I had an amazing experience at Crossfit Gettysburg. I was in town for the weekend and in need of a good crossfit workout! Our coach, Joel, was very welcoming, helpful, and encouraging. Another coach, Chris, was also participating in the class and was extremely helpful as well. I could not have asked for a more fun and nice group. Will definitely return!
