BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They put one price by the stocked item then they charge you a higher price. Happened on more than one occasion and the store manager Helen knows if it and has blamed the customer for moving an entire stock"A customer must have moved it" is what she said. Drug Mart is so much better in customer service and they actually keep their shelves stocked.

Since I work late, it is very convenient that they are open 24/7. The workers are friendly, and the store is clean and neat. When I have a large amount of groceries someone usually offers to help me take them to my car and load them. Lately it seems the store is suffering because people are going out of town for their needs, so thus Geyer's has to raise their prices to keep the place going. We need to support our city's businesses!

Geyer's is located at the end of an extremely large parking lot. The lot is somewhat dangerous due to the lack of stop signs, road markings, and safe drivers. The doors are automatic which is great if youre planning on having a cartful of groceries or have disabilities. The carts are very large, so you can really stock up. I highly recommend avoiding the produce section in this store. It is clear that whoever is responsible for this area is not rotating the produce and making sure it is all fresh. I have had to leave produce at the register or even toss it when I got home due to mold and rotting of both vegetables and fruit on several occasions - needless to say I've learned my lesson! They have great sales for their meat, such as filling an entire large paper bag as full as you can get it, with any type for only $25. I've never experienced any type of issue with their meat as far as freshness goes, but it's always good to inspect before you buy and take caution. They also have a deli and bakery with a large variety of meats, cheeses, and side dishes. If you call the bakery, they do cater for special events such as birthdays. For the remainder of the store, it's like any other typical grocery store with baking, drinks, frozen foods, cleaning/bathroom aisles, as well as a small baby section. The check out is pretty quick and they even offer gas points when you shop the reduces the amount you pay for gas at select stations. Note to penny pinchers - this store is pretty pricey. So in all, this store is decent. I only gave 3 stars because of the poor produce (I make juice in the mornings so this makes me go out of my way), the parking lot is dangerous, and their prices can be a bit outrageous.

Prices are ridiculous, and have been for 20 some years, even before Wal-Mart opened in Bucyrus. The shelves are barely stocked, and it's left up to wild speculation and hearsay as to why. The only saving grace to this place, is that it's a store that has (some) food, and the people that work there are (for the most part) pleasant to talk to.

Shelves are getting bare, deli and bakery is the only reason to walk in. Ok my bad, they also have liquor here, so that too. But not for your full on grocery shoppin
