The procedure and hospital staff was adequate but they really dropped the ball after. I signed a release and did everything necessary to have the results sent directly to me. They now say they didn't receive it even though I signed it along with the consent forms.

Now they want US to do a ton of running around to make up for their incompetence.

They then tried pushing through a second procedure without me seeing the results of the first one.

Dr. Oosterveen was excellent and smart.  The four star is because they don't have excellent bed side manner and the time with doctor was minimal.

I saw PA Jessica Konopka.  She did not examine me at all, did not ask about my symptoms and told me to keep on doing what I have already been doing for 7 months even though it doesn't work at all.

Literally been trying to set up an appointment for a second dose of a medication that they gave me when i was in the hospital, they set up an appointment for me without my knowledge and left it in a voice mail and when i didn't get the message they billed me a fee.... if i see this place shut down i would be in a better mood for the rest of the day.

Been trying to get an appointment with this office and can't they aren't helpful and not to mention haven't come to my conclusion yet and been 3 weeks in pain and seems like they don't care at all not pleased at all would not recommend this place to anyone
