Do NOT see Dr Shea. I walked in thinking I would receive help for abdominal pain.  I left in tears. This "doctor" behaved as though the level 7-10 pain in my chest and upper abdomin didn't exist. No pain care.said the earliest endo would be 2 weeks. I said this has been going on for 4 weeks and I'm getting more run down everyday. No comment. Gave me a proton pump inhibitor. This doesn't help with pain. In fact, I don't expect any improvement.  Said it would take a week to start having an effect.  Thats another week of not feeling well enough to drive eat,take care of my dog,take care of  my life.
Scheduled a follow up- in 2 mns!
 Leave a patient in pain for 6+weeks? Not acceptable.  This office is in Wellstar Paulding Hospital and she could have admited me that day and had the text done. I begged.Humiliting.
What is wrong with doctors these days? How can they turn sick people away?

I went to see Dr. Judy Oh today.  Every time I come to see her , she is always professional & pleasant.   She makes you feel comfortable and listens to your needs. Her assistant Brandy, is always friendly .

I saw Dr. Francisco Cardenas today and his bedside manner is incredibly rude. He has no idea how to treat a patient with respect and had the audacity to tell me in so many words that I was stupid for thinking I had hemorrhoids when it was a skin tag. The nurses were no better in the back. Brandy who typically works with Dr. Oh who she made that abundantly clear was rude when I asked her did I need to wait in the room and she snapped back at me saying "I was checking in another patient you can wait."  I will never recommend this place to anyone. All the Doctor did was say I can't help you but I can refer you to a surgeon that can help you with your issue. He said he wouldn't recommend getting it removed because the healing is painful. Im sorry when was your opinion necessary for an operation that you are not even going to be doing. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional clinic that will take the time for you to understand your issue and treat you with respect!
