First visit today, staff was so helpful & kind. Stylist (whose name I forgot I'm so sorry) gave me amazing highlights which I was super nervous about. Really lovely salon.

Mother's Day Spa gift did not disappoint! 2 glasses of champagne, excellent facial, massage, mani and pedi. Not rushed or shortchanged...very friendly and personable staff. Would definitely like to return!

My daughter had her hair highlighted It looked really bad- little highlights at the top and the bottom appeared to be bleached blond She went back because she was not happy and it was done a second time - just as bad. I took her to a salon near where I live and it took 3 hours and $300 to fix her hair. I called the salon to speak with the owner and let her know how disappointed we were. The receptionist said she would call me back. She never did.

Haircuts are often traumatic for me because of the amount of hair I lose. I've been growing my short hair out for about two years and have had a number of bad cuts between. Giannetta is not one of those. On the contrary this is one of if not THE best haircuts I've ever been given. I love that my hairstylist Wanda listened to what I wanted and was careful not to chop too much off but still gave her input in styling and layering. (I have some pretty thick bangs I've been trying to grow out.) She evened out the "step" as she put it in my hair BEAUTIFULLY. Under recommendation I decided to get my eyebrows done as well. Which I've never done before. Read-WOW. Love it. All the staff were super friendly. Allison at the desk (who scheduled my appointment) is a doll!
