Love this giant eagle pharmacy.  The employees are pleasant and helpful, and I have had only positive experiences there.

Slowest, most incompetent group of people in the pharmacy - 30 minutes at drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me.  SMH !

They are surprisingly slow to handle a simple phone-in prescription. I don't know what it is precisely about their process, but I transferred my prescriptions to Rite Aid and haven't been happier.

They do have a drive-through for pickup, which is convenient, but still slow.

Ever since I was diagnosed with diabetes they have gave me nothing but problems filling my prescription
