Good products but high prices store employee I had contact with very hateful Haven't noticed any black people in management Giant eagle doesn't seem to want to promote minorities. Not as far as I have noticed anyway. I don't think that's wright. I cannot support that type of policy. I won't shop there any more. The name of employee is Jerry Mortimer. No wonder giant eagle is losing so much business to Walmart

I wrote this review to say how nice the cashier Ashley was. She was so sweet and helpful. Even ran to get an item on the shelf that we didnt know what the price was. Literally ran. Dont see hustle like that to often.

Trusty giant eagle. Never had any problems. Just a regular grocery store.

This place always smells like rotten food, especially by the seafood section. Service is slow and inefficient. Help is hard to find and often rude. Items are hard to find because of the confusing and illogical layout of the store.

I like Giant Eagle; but the cashier I had a couple of weeks ago was very rude. She seemed to have a personality problem. The lady in the hot foods was wonderful though, so I guess it evened out.
