A somewhat smaller store by today's standards but always. GOOD EXPERIENCE.   CPD provides security in and out of the store and very attentive.  Staff very friendly.   The neighborhood is an urban one but safe.   Selection good for see of the stores, definitely not a glorified convenience store.   The closure of the butcher shop is missed, however.  Prices competitive with Kroger.

I always enjoy coming to Giant Eagle, because feels a step above Kroger's, as far as atmosphere and feel. I am from Pennsylvania, so that is my home store. You may pay a little more, but I think some would spend an extra few dollars, for a better experience, and higher quality. Kroger's is a great store, and I have seen very few that weren't up to par, but Giant Eagle seems more relaxing and having Google Pay is a plus, because Kroger's, at the moment, is not doing it. I use Google pay, a lot, and not having that option at Kroger's, is somewhat of a downer.

I love having a giant eagle close by. I like the fuel perks you earn by shopping and I've gotten free gas before by saving them up. This giant eagle has a decent produce section and is much better than the nearby Parsons Kroger.

Adequate selection for such a small store. The staff aren't very friendly or efficient most of the time though. If you need something generic quickly without running through a warehouse sized store then this is the place!

Manager was incredibly unhelpful and lazy.  The manager refused to honor one of their in store sale event items. The isles are way too cramped. Two Carts CANNOT fit at ALL. they put display items in front of other products so you literally cannot get to some items. 

 Poor customer service and a very poor layout and a super tiny store that tries to be bigger but falls way short is why I am giving such a bad review. Not to mention every time I come here something upsets me with either the staff being rude or not helpful to the point of antagonizing the customers, or the registers or equipment not working properly. Poor location. Avoid and go to another giant eagle.
