If you're looking for a great place to purchase craft beers, I highly recommend this Giant Eagle.  Ask for Cindy.  She's wonderful!!!  Very knowledgeable about different beers and does a great job getting in a wide variety.

This Giant Eagle is THE BEST!!  The managers and the cashiers are wonderful. We have a really really large Thanksgiving grocery order, not only did they give us our own aisle to check out in they also helped us to the car with our bags. I can't say enough fantastic things about this giant eagle. We did our Thanksgiving shopping at other giant eagles as well as other grocery chains and this place was by far the best!!

I was checking out and had bought groceries and four six packs of soda which I had put up on the belt. The cashier finished with the person in front of me and then proceeded to tell me that I had to put the soda back in the cart. I was surprised by this request and did it. Why she didn't say something when she saw me put the first one on the belt I don't know. I thought that was very rude. I am a senior citizen with arthritis in my hands, I would have gladly kept them in the cart. Management needs to have a talk with their cashiers, once I had them on the belt she should have rung them up.

Giant Eagle has some of the best customer service people and cashiers around (Michael, Nat, Denise, Roy, Cindy)The sushi department is great, always smiling! They are all very personable and attentive and make sure that when there is a problem ot is resolved before you leave the store. Irwin Giant Eagle is my place to shop!
