An entire aisle dedicated to organic food. An entire aisle of wine and craft beers. Great produce and food selections. Love this market!

Always a pleasant experience...Linda was my cashier as I always go to her line. She is always smiling and has a cheery disposition, so I will always wait in her line no matter how long it is. The store is always neat and clean. There is an older gentleman named Mike, I am not sure his position but you will always find him around the store helping someone or offering a smile and hello...quite the pleasure to see him when I am in the store.

There are signs everywhere that the customer will be greeted with a smile from each and every cashier. Yesterday I had a cashier that didn't even say hello, let alone give me a smile. The young man bagging my groceries was very pleasant though. Quiet,  but smiled and was friendly. I also rented a carpet shampooer. I rented it for one day. I had to have it back the next day at 4:05 pm. I am very busy and forgot I had a Dr. appointment at 3:30pm and called Giant to say I was going to be running late. I was 35 mins late, which is I know is not what my contract says and is not right to be late. I was charged another $31.79, meaning another day. I was told I could have it another day by the accountant who waited on me at the customer service desk, while returning it. I cleaned all my carpets yesterday. I didn't need it anymore. I was not told I could be charged an extra day for being a little late. There was alot of dirty, not smelly water left in the machine when I took it home. Either way I am disgusted to have to pay an extra day for being under an hour late. I will never rent from here again. Horrible customer service. So ridiculous.
