Love Giant! Get your aisle in sync please! Know you're going through some changes, but can't wait till the dust settles. Great your finally getting wine and beer! Please staff up your customer service area. Always seems to be at least 3 to 4 customers deep. Should be at least 2 to 3 customer service people behind the counter. Too much pressure on one person. Not fair to anyone. Just stating the obvious.

While it was a bit hard at times understanding how (and why) the store decided to lay out the aisles the way that they did, overall I had a good experience at Giant. My cousin had ended up losing something of hers in store, and within minutes the staff was talking on radios trying to help her find it. In the end it was found and everything worked out, but I was truly appreciative of the staff for putting in such effort to help a stranger in distress. I came in for ice cream and I left with some of my faith restored in people.

Currently under changes. Self check outs. Need a little work to serve the public in a more efficient way.. Aisles are being cleared, for what I think could be Alcohol Beverages. Clearance prices need to be up to date in their system... The employees are helpful and courteous.

We have been customers with Giant since moving to the area 14 years ago. Our son has worked there in various capacities for 10 years. We always get very good service and the quality of food is good.

They are re-arranging where everything goes. I almost think it would be better to just close overnight for a few weeks to do that work. Its a mess right now. Before I seem negative I do want to say, I can tell they have a plan - they are preparing to add alcohol and are rearranging; HOWEVER - You cant find anything right now. As an organic shopper I am going to have to find a new store. The organic isles are gone. I havent seen Organic meats in months, only "Free From". Every isle is out of order as they are rearranging. The new bagging turn-stands are a huge mistake. I could see express or self checkout but not main isles. Going to severely hurt checkout times. I truly wish them the best because they are all I ever used in the past 2-3 years, but I am nervous they are going to loose some here. I would not be surprised if they have a huge drop in numbers until summer 2018. I would have prepared better for these changes.
