Absolutely a joke. Even if you provide them the exact name of the part they still act like you are inconveniencing them. During the email exchange I was asked to look up a part .... isn't that your job? Then I found it at Amazon for $6, but I needed it NOW. Then we go to get the part and we have to start all over with another person who was unbelievably rude, terse, court and belittling because he had no idea what we needed. Finally we got the part, and a whole heap of attitude and opinions, for $14. I'm done with these folks. I'll wait for Amazon to send me the part, for less, without attitude in two days.

This place is the worst of the worst. My RV has been there for over 9 months I was lied to repeatedly on the completion of my RV. They would go months without returning my calls. 9 months later when I was finally called back to pick up my RV. The work wasn't even completed. They charged my insurance company for work they didn't even do, When I pointed this out to them they tried to put the blame back on me. When going over the paperwork it clearly showed that Giant Rip Off RV had claimed they fixed something that wasn't even damaged ( I have pictures to prove this) then they called my insurance company to ask for more money just to the work they were originally supposed to do(Criminals). To top this all off my RV sustained damaged while in their care and they still didn't fix everything that was filed in the insurance claim and what was fixed was hardly professional. I have since took my RV to another place to finish up the work that they did not and could not complete. I've only given you the basic information to keep this post as short as I could.

Bought a new trailer with extended warranty....... didn't realize it takes a month for an aptpt. Then 2 weeks for diagnoses and then another 3-4 weeks to order the part from factory...... most of time is spent waiting..... they have a lot exploding with trailers just "waiting " .... my service tech schooled me on the fine art of customer service....... I call he's busy,out to lunch, on the phone,or with a customer......So I looked into emailing him.... 1,2,3,4,emails sent with no responses.......I asked for a different service tech...... my original basically said I'm stuck with him. This place is no Bueno in my opinion...my converter went out,control box on back of fridge ....and now my whole 12v system has a short in it......nlif u like ur stuff... take it somewhere else so I can actually use it instead of it waiting on a lot in Wildomar. ..

I had a scheduled appointment for warranty before my year was up I called the day before to confirm my appointment and they acted like did never heard of me And told me there was an appointment available for Over a month .By far the worst customer-service ever

They have Everything you need and if it not there Giant RV will Direct to there Other Office where your Part will be. Very good polite People Very Helpful. We enjoyed there fine service! Thank You Giant Rv
