Great Service, Friendly Staff! My wife purchased a brand new Tri bike from them and they worked with her on making payments. I also brought my bike in for service/tune ups, and it's not even a Giant bike. They are super knowledgable and customer oriented.

I purchased a bike from these guys recently and their customer service is second to none!! Elon and Willie worked with me to choose the correct size bike for my body. They respond swiftly to all my questions through email very thoroughly!! If your in the market for Giant bikes, LOOK NO FURTHER than these guys!!! Jason Harris TCR Advanced 2

Elon, Carli, and team were awesome. They built an Independent Fabrications Steel Deluxe for me, from measurement of my reach and leg-length and so forth through to final fit and finish. Along the way they were super helpful, super friendly, and totally dedicated to getting it right. How's this for awesome: when SRAM delayed the general release of the parts group I wanted, which would have delayed me getting my bike for a few weeks, Elon (without me asking) stripped the OEM version of the group from another brand new bike he'd just taken delivery of. Bravo! Thanks, guys!

Alon if you had been honest and told me that I was buying a part that had been taken off of a bike I wouldn't have wasted my time. (An overpriced )$35 dollars for a bottom bracket is what i was told. I couldn't find that part anywhere else before the weekend so I gave in and drove 45 minutes from Hermosa to get it. I walked in and when I was handed the part it was just in a baggy fresh off a bike. The bottom bracket that I assumed I was getting for that price would have been new, fresh, and in the manufacturers box. He told me that he had just taken it off a new bike. That part's integrity can be compromised when removed from a bike. The part felt fine to me but I just felt like I was conned into buying a potentially compromised part and expected to pay full retail for it. Needless to say, that part is not on my bike. I took my bike to Jensen USA in Corona the next day . They sold me a bottom bracket for my 2014 Trance for $27 and installation for $20 which is the going rate anywhere else. (Giant charged $35 for the same part and $40 for installation. You're definitely paying for the location.) I chose to take my business to Jensen -even though it was an hour away- because they are down to earth mountain bikers that didn't try to squeeze more money outta my wallet for a simple job that takes less than a half hour at most.
