I'm a complete newbie to the cycling world, so it's a bit intimidating to walk into a bike shop here in Vancouver and ask a bunch of questions. However, Jill at Giant Vancouver was SUPER awesome and made me feel at ease by answering all my questions with patience and expert knowledge. She spent an hour with me, letting me try numerous demo models and letting me take test rides to fully understand the best bike that'll fulfill my needs. Although I do not have any other experience to compare this to, I just have to say that if you're looking for approachable, friendly, professionals with great customer service that offer a diverse range of bicycles; then head on over to Giant Vancouver.

Great staff and great shop, no question. My only feedback for advanced DH mountain bikers - make sure you understand their warranty and where the line in the sand is. After 15 years riding and buying countless bikes its easy to see they dont sell a lot to those who really punish their mountain bikes and warranty / replacement through Giant Canada seems to be a very grey area. That being said I would 100% recommend this store to anyone else

Great experience. Andrew was super knowledgable and responded to my emails quickly. I love my new bike and would recommend going out of your way to get your bike from here too. There's a large selection, they stayed open late just  to help set my bike up!

Extremely patient and knowledgable, Mike and Jill helped me pick out just the right bike, and spent several hours patiently answering my questions and taking me through all my options.  Mike even went for a ride in the rain with me to test out bike sizes.  Excellent products and helpful, patient, friendly staff.  Drop by and see for yourself!  I have 100% confidence in their advice and was extremely happy with my purchase!

Very helpful staff, wide variety of products and if you come at the right time of the year, you may find some great deals as well. They showed me multiple products without pushing me to buy any or trying to sell me most expensive one. Even when I bought a bike and paid for it, their effort did not stop there and they made sure it is adjusted for my height and I know how to use it properly. I highly recommend this shop
