I don’t usually like to post negative reviews of small businesses, but I had a TERRIBLE experience today! I went in to look for toddler cowboy hats for my daughter. She was immediately drawn to the stuffed animals and tent that were in the store near the door. Suddenly, an Indian woman (who was on the phone the entire time) started shouting, “Nay, Nay, Nay!” At first, I thought she was talking on the phone, but then she tapped me and said, “Ma’am!” —as if my daughter was doing something awful—when in actuality she was just testing to see if she liked the toy stuffed animal. That’s what all kids do, and then parents end up buying the toy for their kid! I guess she’s never had kids as customers in a store that sells kids stuff?!?!? Appalled at the rude service, we left and took our dollars with us. The woman, still on the phone and unfazed, seemed used to kicking customers out of her store. I feel badly for both myself and my daughter that I actually tried to support a small business—only to be treated so poorly. Please do not waste your hard earned dollars at this place!!! They definitely should not be rewarded for poor customer service.

Excellent gift shop located inside Houston Galleria. Excellent customer service. Wide product selection. Gifts and Souvenirs at reasonable prices. A wide selection of Made in Texas and Made in USA products.

We recently visited Gifts of Texas on our trip to Houston. It is a hidden gem in the The Galleria mall. They have two locations in the mall and have lots of souvenirs to choose from. We bought magnets, key chains and some Texas photo frames. Customer service is great..and prices are affordable (Cheaper than the airport :)!!

This store is pretty cool! They have a wide variety of souvenirs.. and the staff was super friendly.. I'll definitely visit again!
