I love their cupcakes and purchase them all the time through out the years. Unfortunately their personnel that works there are just unprofessional. Rude as can be about purchasing groupons and using them. I purchased one for the first time since I pay full price for them every time and they tell me I cannot use the groupon bc I didn't make a 24 hour order in advance. I don't live in the area so if I were to drive 40 miles to get a cupcake bc my schedule had changed then why can I not get the cupcakes. She tells me it's bc they have to have enough for everyone else that walks in. Well funny how the whole case is full. Last time I will buy from them. Worst customer experience ever!!!
