A Five - Stay Review for a Five - Star Crew!!
We had a wonderful crew from Gikas at our house for a five-day project in December 2017 which involved both painting and refurbishing wood floors. Our project was expertly supervised by Kristina and Nick who personally reviewed the crew's progress on a day to day basis.. When we ran into a glitch on the floor project, it was swiftly and successfully handled by Nick and Kristina. I can't say enough good things about our painters, Giannis and David. Their painting skills and work ethic are beyond compare. We are very pleased with the end result of our five-day project and are planning to re-hire our Gikas team for additional work. I need to add a few more comment about Kristina and Nick. Their professionalism, ''can do '' attitude, and high standards made them an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have earned my trust and my highest possible recommendation.

Gikas Painting and Construction did a fantastic job beyond expectations. Project Manager Hernane returns call and text immediately which to me was very important. The staff is excellent. Need a painter? Call Gikas.

Gikas recently completed a new roof and exterior painting for my 110 year-old colonial. The roofers, painters and carpenters were friendly and professional, the results were superior to my last paint job by a prominent local firm, and the attention to detail included everything down to taping the cords for the porch swing (so they wouldn't get any spots). 

Alex Barrantes gave me a competitive quote and professional advise on everything - including the ideal color palette for the windows and the roof shingles. Recommend highly.

We had two jobs done.  On a house we were selling, Gikas replaced the cedar shakes on one side and repaired other spots, than painted the entire house.  It turned out fantastic!  Amalia helped with the color selections to enhance the saleability of the house and George and his crew were very professional and courteous.  The work was done very well.  (The house sold in 4 days).
When we needed interior painting on the new house, we called Gikas.  Hernane Vilaca oversaw this project and was excellent to work with.  He was responsive and really looked out for our needs.  We had a couple of things come up that were unforeseen and he handled them for us well.
Both projects were done on time and budget.  We would definitely recommend Gikas for both interior and exterior jobs.
