The pizza and wings are amazing!!! The employees are just as great. The manager and owner are VERY friendly guys. My family and I eat here often. Update: Still amazing.
Tucked in the corner of the shopping plaza next to Stage. Went for dinner on a Friday evening approx. 5p and it wasn't crowded 1 other group dining in, and others ordering to-go. Inside and menu is similar to Fox's Pizza, except WAY better food quality and service at Gilberts! Ordered wings, small pepperoni pizza and shrimp alfredo. It took a bit for the food to be served and all the food wasn't served at the same time 10 min difference. Service was friendly and attentive. I do feel like if there are any issues there weren't this place would make it right for their customers. The place is clean. They do have a small arcade area racing, claw machine, etc.. I can't stress enough how much better this place is than the Fox's Pizza in Deridder; I have ordered the exact same menu items and the quality is night and day in comparison.
Best Pizza place in Deridder! They also have other great things on their menu, like the bill's grilled salad! I have eaten here a few times and I'm never disappointed. The owner also check's up on his guest regularly just to see if they need anything.
Got the coliflower pizza extreme and it was awesome and cheese pizza granddaughter got she said was so good delivery was fast and pizzas were still hot love this place and will most defently order from them again Thank you Gilbert’s Pizza for great and awesome meal

Best local pizza. They never short you on toppings. Also their alfredo pasta is outstanding and my wife loves their wings. All around excellent food with great staff!
I absolutely love coming to Gilbert's! They do have Keto, Carnivore, and gluten free options!! Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from Dietary restrictions: Keto, carnivore and gluten-free items on their menu.
