The service department is the best I've seen in Opelousas. Seem to have very dedicated individuals that want the best to keep you in your vehicle safe. They treat every customer with a desire to make them feel unique as per the circumstance. And when I had more in-depth questions the Technician working on my vehicle was there to explain the details when I needed. I will always go back and look forward to their new state of the art facility opening up later this year for when I visit.

This was my first brand new car purchase (Nissan Versa) 
 As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and taken care of by Willie Lazare. He is an awesome Car Sales Consultant.  He was so quick and easy and explained everything in an efficient and timely manner.  I was out with a new car less than an hour.  If you decide to purchase a car, ask for Willie Lazare.  Very smart guy. He makes it happen!!

My experience was awsome I would recommend everyone to come and car shop with Mr. Willie Lazare. He's a remarkable salesman and very knowledgeable. You will leave informed and comfortable with your purchase! I am excited to begin my new journey with my new Nissan!

Customers service sucked, finance guy was rushing through not explaining the paperwork. Advertised refreshments but while onsite we were told to go to the water fountain.

The service department is very inconsiderate and do not care if they waste your hard earned money and time. After wasting money and time to tow my car there, they increased the cost of diagnostic by $400. That is horrible. I would have taken it someone else if quoted that price from the beginning. I wasted two hours getting it to them and now have to pay more money and spend more time to go back and get it!! By the way, The car was purchased new from them. I guess that doesn't matter.
