I would not be able to recommend their services to anyone. While they did get me a settlement with the IRS, it wasn't structured the way I asked, it wasn't done quickly, it wasn't done professionally, I was twice sent a PDF with some other customers account information in it and told to, "just delete the numbers and return with your info filled in." 

If you go into the office and flip through the book of testimonials, it won't be long before you notice that the Social Security numbers of multiple past clients is still rather legible, even though they did take the time to "sharpie" over the numbers.

Though it's not all bad. The office is nice, the staff is friendly and Jim Gilland is actually easy to engage with if you catch him in the office. 

I hope I don't sound all gloom and doom, I just think that you can find a better attorney then these guys. But if you can't, they'll probably get the job done for ya.

The team at IRS Law Pros kept me informed as to the status of my legal matter throughout the entire process. I was very satisfied with the final resolution of the matter, and I would definitely use their services again.

I had a serious IRS problem that I was not able to resolve on my own.  An attorney not usually dealing with tax issues suggested I call Gilland Law Firm.  
My situation before contacting them was IRS withdrawing funds from my bank account, reducing my Social Security payment, large liens placed against me, etc
The attorney assigned for my case was very good at working with me and keeping me informed and he worked effectively with the IRS on an Offer and Compromise that was finally accepted and now paid.
The best part of all of this is that I no longer live in fear of someone coming to my door with bad news, parking my car in the driveway instead of the garage thinking they could take my car, no more worries at the bank and the day I received a release of 2 liens from my record I was thrilled.  I have even applied for a Passport just to see if I could get one and I now have one.  I still talk about my experience and am so happy now that this worry is gone.

Gilland Law firm quickly took care of my tax problem. They are super professional, efficient, and obviously care about each and every one of their clients. My experience with the firm was positive from the first phone call all the way through to them resolving my issue. I'd highly recommend them!
