We called on a Monday morning to schedule a visit for a leak at one of our properties.  We were told that they would be out later that day to check out the issue.  Gave them the tenants information and told them to schedule with the tenants.  Received a call that night that said they wouldn't be able to make it out until Friday.  I called Friday morning to confirm that they would be there and we were told they would be there in the morning.  They called back Friday at 5:30 and said they would be out Saturday.  Did not go out on Saturday.  Finally went on Sunday and called trying to charge $3,900 to replace the pipe leading from the diverter to the shower head by removing the tub surround.  Completely outrageous price and costumer service.

We were told at the beginning that we could pay by check for the service fee.  We took this to mean that they would bill us.  After the visit I got a call from the office on a recorded line.  The assistant on the phone was rude with the assumption that we were trying to get out of paying for the visit.  They were rude to tenants on the phone as well.

$650.00 estimate to replace an outdoor boiler valve faucet! ended up replacing it myself with a $6.00 valve from Lowes; it was threaded so it took 5 minutes, call someone else and save yourself some money
