I had the exact opposite experience with Frank Dochnal. He is a finds way to make time for his customers and assist them with their needs. Frank was very responsive and got back to my request in a timely manner. I would definitely utilize his expertise in the future!

Poor Customer Relationphip by agent Frank Dochnal,  I used the company for all my insurance needs business and personal, the business part handle by Gina is very good, but the auto handle by Frank is louse to say the least,  I ask him to review my auto insurance back in Dec 2013 and to this day never hear from him, till this morning when I called to cancel my insurance I got trough them.

Reached out to Gindin Insurance for Classic Car Insurance and they made the process almost seamless, with much patience...  My agent, Sue Redmond was very pleasant and completely professional...  I look forward to GINDIN being my agent  for years to come...

I do not know what I would have done with out Gina Schick, she was extremely professional and courteous. I was referred to her office by more than one person. Their is no question about it, I will be sure to send multiple Business owners and clients her way. As the owner of a distribution and moving business you have verly little time on your hands and when you find time your focus is to generate new business. Well Gina Schick was determined to help me obtain insurance from several different agencys. Gina searched high and low, and somehow was able to find the only company in New jersey that offered the type of insurance needed to allow my business operate. Thank you again Gindin insurance for turning a stressful process into a stress free process.
