Love the food. Always quick

Decent food; accusatory employees. 

My wife and I have ordered takeout from Ginger Root several times before. When she tried to order today, she was accused of not having paid enough last time--by 65 cents. Since we always pay with credit card, this is clearly not true. I called to clarify this mistake and was told again that we owed 65 cents. When I said that we always paid with credit card, the employee said that it must have been a mix-up based off the phone area code and laughed it off. I was not amused and canceled our order. There are plenty of restaurants where I can go without being insulted or accused of not paying. 

Final note: 65 cents? Really?

WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Rude driver and rude manager.  If people do not appreciate your business they should NOT be opened for business. Food is okay but not worth the aggravation!!

Decent quality..... slightly better than others in the area. Brown rice here is the best I've had in chinese takeout
