It's not often a I leave a 5 star review for a restaurant, but in this case I feel it is well deserved. Reading through the previous reviews I must admit I was a bit skeptical, but I prefer to form my own opinions based on personal experience- glad I did!  I had a pickup time of 3:39 and picked up at about 3:45. I was in the restaurant no longer than 45 seconds and I was my way home with our food. First off I will tell you that our order was completed exactly as requested on-line and the food was piping hot when we got it home 10 minutes later.  If you like seafood, I recommend the Mala Seafood medium spice add a side of rice and you have a delicious dinner for two with crispy veggies and tons of flavor . I went solo on this entre' and nearly devoured the entire thing.  Also, the wings were super crispy and steaming hot with great seasoning.  I can't speak for anyone that may have had a bad experience, it happens. I can only tell you I will be a repeat customer.  Dave

I usually love this place and the food is excellent but I had my first bad experience.I got a Pu Pu platter for 1 and everything was badly overcooked.The chicken fingers and wings were close to burnt and extremely dry and the beef teriyaki was so chewy I couldn't even eat it. I use to think they had the best beef lo mein around but this time the meat in it was really chewy. Out of all that food only the egg roll was ok.

Horrible!  Would give less than 1 star if I could.  We used to love this place. Not sure if new management, horrible kitchen staff, or they just don't care anymore. Fried Rice is bland and dry. Chicken is WAY overcooked and dry like inedible dough on the fried shrimp is still completely raw like pancake batter.  No white rice provided with kung pao chicken.  Called the restaurant and they are unable to provide a refund unless I drive all the way back.  Even the fortune cookies were garbage.  Needless to say I won't be driving back....... EVER..

First time ordering delivery from here. Ordered sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice and one egg roll. The deep fried chicken was very greasy with a lot of batter and hardly any chicken. The chicken was not freshly cooked. It was old cooked chicken then battered and deep fried. The egg roll was very tough and chewy. I had to throw it all away. I will not be ordering again.

Love this place. Great flavors. Good veggies. Only do not care for their breading style

The food here is excellent and reasonably priced! I order the Peking Duck a lot or the Plum Duck. We also get the House Fried Rice which is very good! My wife usually orders their steamed chicken broccoli with the garlic sauce on the side and some chicken satay appetizers. Ordered tonight and the food was not edible.  It was very over cooked. I tried 2 of the dishes and I was very disappointed.  I did call before my husband ,who ordered, came home. The person I  talked with did offer a  credit for next time. He tried the rest of the order and was equally disappointed.  I  have ordered from ginger tree in the past and have been very satisfied.  Not this time.  Never again. There will be no next time.  .
