Holy wow 

Telling a customer that if she don't like her flowers to give them to a rest home!! 

The flowers look like they went and stole them out of the rest home and they want us to return them!

This company I hope rots in hell! 

Don't treat men and women's of our armed forces this way!  Ripped people off left. And right so you disabled your reviews on Facebook.... don't like the reviews then treat people with respect and give them what they paid for!

I find it uneasy that a business does not answer its business line after 7 phone calls, and the address does not match what is advertised. Sounds suspicious. Also, to advise a customer to donate an unsatisfactory  arrangement to a nursing home instead of rectifying the issue is unprofessional and appalling. The arrangement does not match what was advertised. We can also add false advertising to this long list of reasons why you should not do business with this company. A deployed soldier tried to brighten up the day for his spouse, and you tainted it.

When a deployed Soldier orders flowers for his wife and you deliver three roses that look terrible for $75 the wife called you to notify you about the poor quality. Instead of properly addressing the concern you told her to give them to a nursing home, unacceptable! The flowers looked terrible, you then took down the Facebook reviews to hide your unprofessionalism including screenshits of your appalling reply.  Clearly your businesses in the business of ripping off soldiers, I can find a better arrangement elsewhere for less.

Word of advice: choose someone else for your weddings, to give flowers, etc etc, this place is really unprofessional, who tells a customer that they are ungrateful for the flowers they reviewed and to donate to a nursing home, I seen a picture of those flowers/the arrangement and I wouldn't have paid 75 for it, ridiculous, please treat your paying customers the right way! A husband who is overseas was trying to send these to his wife and she got a crappy arrangement please do the right thing!

Horrible customer service. Sending a deployed soldier's wife a sub par bouquet and then telling her to donate it tp a nursing home since she doesn't appreciate is such a crappy thing to do.
