I came across this place on Google maps when I first moved to midtown a year and a half ago. It has yet to let me down, legit some of the best sushi I’ve had. Such a hidden gem - great prices, free delivery, great service! The spicy snow crab roll is legit amazing and the spicy tuna roll is a close second. Highly recommend!
I think this place is hit or miss. Sometimes the sushi is good, but other times it tastes dry and old. The mango prawn salad is kind of a scam.. I’d avoid it.. just some shrimps on a bed of iceberg lettuce and mango slices.
Our go-to sushi spot, we usually get their delicious sushi lunch specials. The turnaround is super fast, 10-15 mins for pickup.
Ordered on a weekday afternoon around 2 pm for pickup. Very prompt and quick service. My food was ready in 5 minutes. This location only seems to be open for take out right now, but it’s a cute little place and the workers were very nice! The sushi was delicious and honestly some of the best I’ve had in awhile, though I will say I am not from NYC so comparatively to the other sushi places in the area I’m not sure which is better but this was very good and a convenient location for where I was staying!
I order from here 2x a week and it’s consistently AWESOME. Can’t recommend it enough
Do not order lunch special Shrimp Teriyaki unless you like boiled shrimp thrown in a bowl with uncooked broccoli, carrots and onion with sauce drizzled on top. On the plus side, it all looks fresh.
Not sure who wrote these other reviews but this is literally some of the worst sushi I've ever had in NYC. Rice was awful, preparation was lazy and the fish quality was disgusting. Avoid at all cost
Ginza is my go-to sushi spot. The fastest service I have seen out of any restaurant around. Can usually pick up my food in less than 10 minutes from ordering. Quality is great, prices are affordable, and service is wonderful. The woman who manages the restaurant is always so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
Fantastic restaurant. You're not allowed to eat in at the moment but the food smells so good and everything had a wonderful texture to it. I'm definitely giving this one another visit. Features: Please wear a mask
