I ordered a half sausage-half spinach deep dish pizza from Giordano's Pizzeria at the Orland Park, IL location. The pizza was delivered. As I sat to eat, I noticed there was barely any spinach under the cheese and sauce. Where is the SPINACH? Check out the pics, which clearly shows the actual amount of stuffed spinach. Simply moved away the cheese to ask, where is the SPINACH? This poorly prepared and skimpy ingredient pizza is now frozen in my refrigerator just in case the Giordano's owner re would like to take a look and see. It's all about the company's current price point vs poor quantity and quality. A Risk Assessment.

Roomy, good place for gatherings. Just celebrated my daughter's birthday here with 20+ people along with kids. The staff was great and Meagan was a super server. It helps if you order pizzas ahead to avoid wait. Thanks Giordano's for providing great service to my party guests. We will be back🤩

Our waitress was very nice and attentive. I'm not a huge pizza person but my family came here after an event. Usually, for more than 5 at a table, gratuity would be included in the check but it wasn't and I was very surprised. Needless to say, she got more than 18%.

The Manager That was running the show on 2/14/18 (Valentine's day)is terrible at running the show. I got there at 530pm they made me aware that pizzas were running 11/2 hours late, so we quickly placed our order, 8pm we couldn't find our waitress, Because They pulled her from from her tables to help prepare food in the kitchen. Without Having Other Waitresses Cover Her tables. finally asked other waitress to get her. I asked how much longer for our pizza, She told me that in 25 minutes more they would be putting it in the oven. WHAT! Then I Asked Her To Speak With Her Manager She Said I'll Go Get Her. 15 minutes later no manager. So We Went Looking For The Manager, no luck. 830pm we left with no pizza, and no manger to complain with. Now I'm No manger, but I've been to other places that the manager comes to people's tables, and explain what's going on, or offer a free appetizer or discount on bill for inconvenience. NOTHING! I don't think manger can even run a lemonade stand. Now I Understand That It Being Valentine's Day Things Might Get A Bit Busy, But Come On.

Long waits and the people that work there didn't seem like they were well organized. A large deep dish pizza is closer to the $25 mark which is not worth the price in my opinion. There are many more local and cheeper joints that are not apart of the Giordano's chain that are just a great.
