My friend and I went in for dinner tonight for our first time at GioVanna's . It was so nice inside. The atmosphere was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. Everything seemed so clean and well put together. Our waitress Laurie was the best!! She went above and beyond for sure. Pizza and wings were out of this world delicious. Can not wait to be able to go back again!! Thank you for such a nice evening!

Food is excellent. Would have been 5 stars, but we were left standing at the front door for about 5 minutes waiting to be seated. Normally I don't mind a wait if they are busy, but they weren't and we also didn't have a single staff member acknowledge us in any way. After we were seated, service was great.

Friends and I were there on a holiday week day. There was one waiter and the rush became so busy, but he held his own kept a smile on his face and did a fabulous job. We would definitely go back again because the food was absolutely awesome.

To be fair, the food is good***WHEN DONE RIGHT which is rare. We go once every 2 weeks and whenever we address the manager about the problems, they refuse to fix it or they seemingly "fix" it the wrong way. The employees are incompetent and orders are wrong. Some experiences we have experienced are being overcharged, not enough change given, burnt pizza, under done pizza, to name a few.

Awesome place. Enjoyed the service. Pasta and pizza both tasted very well. Courteous staff. Will be back for sure the next time we drive to NYC.
