My favorite cheese pizza with soft doughFood: 4/5

The owner, John, was very, very kind to my elderly mother and treated her so well. He even came in on his day off to accommodate her plans for having Giovanni's pizza for a reunion with her friends. He even insisted when she told him she wasn't expecting that out of him. That's a stand-up man right there. I will happily give them my business -- especially since they make delicious food!!

Very horrible customer service. Lady who answered phone to take the order screamed at me because I was asking questions about the sizes of the pizza.  I went ahead and got the pizza because our family loves the one in Nelsonville and we were heading through, but it tasted like cardboard and were very unfriendly when I picked it up. Will never go here again and certainly do not recommend. Not family friendly and not clean or sanitary. The staff and pizza makers were not wearing masks or gloves.

I'm not much of a pizza person, but if I do get pizza this is my choice.  They have subs and salads and so much more. Wonderful family run business!

One of my favorite places to eat!!!!!!   Clean, affordable, great tasting!  The trifecta!!!!!   Owners are top notch and are genuinely great people!!!  Glad to have a business like this in my home town!!!!

great local pizza. food is great good selection of things to order. usually pretty quick to get your food at a good time

Overall not terrible, however nothing super special! I like that they have a gluten free option available.
