How have I not rated y'all yet?!?! I go almost every street fair. I'm starting to go every Friday. The coffee is absolutely deliiiish, and they have vegan options. The food is good too, sometimes they have savory food options as well. The service is fast. The price is good. $7 for a Starbucks DRINK... $11 for a whole breakfast bagel AND a large coffee here! The atmosphere is quaint and relaxing. I love just sitting here and reading my book. It's quiet, but not too quiet. I love it here!
Girl of all Trades is so quaint. It felt cozy and spacious at the same time. While our book club of three people enjoyed a breakfast bagel, pumpkin scone and our beverages, other patrons were having a group meeting and someone else was studying. There was a lot going on, but really, it had the coffee shop vibes we were looking for: something to eat, something to drink, and somewhere to convene.
New fave coffee spot The place is cozy and cute. It is very spacious with multiple seating areas perfect for studying, meet ups, or coffee dates. The prices are reasonable, and service is good. I definitely recommend it.
As an avid coffee drinker, this coffee shop was quite a treat to find. The barista, Hannah, was such a great help and was very knowledgeable and attentive on our order. The seating area is very modern and yet cozy at the same time. All the local items are worth a try as well! I saw some soaps and scented items I will be stocking up on. The window area was a great add on especially on Market Days. While I was there, people came in alone and with family , and they all left content with their choices. Overall, this place will definitely become one of my go to spots. If you haven’t stopped by, and would like a break from the usual loud packed coffee joints, this is a must try!!
It's such a relaxing place and the environment is a perfect place to work in. I have been having the great hot chocolate while I get work done thanks to their free internet.Food: 5/5
Very relaxed vibe. Plenty of tables for groups, but I especially liked the smaller seating areas for when you're solo. Recommend the lavender blueberry scone, went in for one and got an extra 2 to take home.
I love GOAT everyone here is so friendly and greet you with a smile. They make incredible tea the pastries are incredible. The tranquility tea brings me in peace. I will come to study and focus on my engineering course. It’s a beautiful place to admire and excellent for families and introverts alike. First time here, and I loved it! It is welcoming and homey. The owner is friendly and very open. I had a hot caramel macchiato and the ever popular walnut brownie, both were amazing. They are fresh made and they roast their own coffee beans and make their own tea blends. Coffee culture is alive and well in the Valley. This place has a good atmosphere and great coffee. The staff was amazing and certainly a place in downtown where folks feel welcome to sip and work or study.Food: 4/5
I found this place by accident when we were visiting my father in law four weeks ago. I was actually getting coffee from the largest overrated coffeehouse chain in the world. I was driving back to my father in laws with my frozen coffee instantly regretting my decision to go there. That's when I drove past G.O.A.T and saw COFFEE. I literally went back around stopped and pulled into a parking spot. I had already spent $16 at the largest coffeehouse chain in the world so I didn't want to spend more. I sucked it up and drank the world's nastiest mocha Frappe with Carmel & Carmel drizzle. My absolute favorite drink The next day I was determined to stop at G.O.A.T and check this place out. I wanted to test the waters so my husband and I ordered the Iced Caramel Macchiato, a lemon blueberry scone and a pecan bar by the way I highly recommend. My goodness!!!! It was delicious. It was coffee with added sweetness not sweetness with a dash of coffee. I was hooked. I couldn't wait to go back. We came back again on the 10th to visit my father in law again. This time our weekend visit turned into a week long visit. My father in law went to heaven and we stayed to take care of all arrangements. However through it all G.O.A.T helped me get through it all. This time around we ordered my fave Mocha Frappe with added Carmel and Carmel drizzle just about every day during our visit. I will miss it but will definitely be stopping in when we visit again. If you are a coffee drinker and love coffee. This place is for you! The atmosphere is amazing and best addition to downtown Harlingen.
