We paid almost 700 to ship a crib and rocker to Colorado. When the crib got there, the hardware wasn’t sent. We called about shipping the parts overnight vice 3 days. We were told it would be there Friday by noon. The UPS tracking number says Monday. Bad customer service and being told false or unverified information. 
If I could give negative stars I would.

Definitely high quality furniture, however I'd either skip the CLOSEOUT stuff or spend a lot of time inspecting it.  The table I bought upon closer inspection was missing screws, had stripped out screw holes, screws that were only halfway installed, and pieces of wood that looked like they were afterthoughts and didn't match the rest of the finished piece.

Yes it was at a slight discount to new and was immediately available without waiting 3 months, in retrospect the discount wasn't worth what I received.

The sales member was ok, not a lot of pressure but not incredibly helpful either.

the furniture is beautiful & worth the wait to receive item(s) ordered but the personnel are not what they had been when I first started buying from them.   SORRY but this is the truth.

The best Retailer for Tempurpedic mattresses in the area , offered a lot of complementary items to make up for the tempurpedic factory set prices on the mattress.
