We love this spot for an afternoon of fun!  The splash pad right next to the playground is a great option to grab some food and go cool off in the heat.  We also use this parking lot as our jumping on point to the Multi-use Path that goes both directions away from this park!

I think when the area is built up this park will be fantastic. But at the moment it's windy and dusty due to all the surrounding construction.

The splash pad here is wonderful. It is fenced in and there is a covered play area right next to it. There is also a grassy area for kids to run around in. Only downside might be actual parking spaces but they do have an over flow dirt area if needed.
