Very kind and quick service! AMAZING breakfast sandwiches and coffee!! We added several things to our breakfast order and they were very accommodating and happy to help! The chipotle sauce is phenomenal. And the lattes were amazing!! Their moonlight drink was very fun and interesting. If passing through the area or living in the area we would HIGHLY recommend.

Best coffee place in San Diego. The staff are consistently friendly. I’ve never had a mistake or problem with any orders. The drive thru is fast and their snacks like the breakfast sandwich are delicious.  The coffee is consistently good and far superior to any chain store, great flavour always as expected. Definitely recommend.

Awesome service and even more awesome coffee! Great atmosphere, you can breathe in here! Very spacious w high ceilings. Lots of areas to sit, couches, chairs, stools, and free WiFi. I got iced coffee w coconut milk and hazelnut syrup. They also gave me a sample of their Dirty Harry, it was really good, I’ll get that next time for sure! New owners are super nice and you can tell they care about the details, perfect coffee shop!

This place always has good coffee and fast service, but I always dock a star because it's drive thru only. Lobby has been closed since May 2021 for renovation and we've yet to go inside. Would love to have a full coffee shop experience instead of drinking coffee in a parking lot.

Come here at least once a week. I’m never disappointed. The pastries are great. I’ll usually get a seasonal latte or the hammerhead if I need an extra boost. Chipotle BLTA bagel is fire. Wow first time here and it has blown me away! This sandwich is huge and soooo delicious the avocado is fresh! Flavors are amazing and the matcha is so good !! The patio seating is open and nice ! This is my new GO TO SPOT

The fact is.. Gladly has had large customer base & STILL HASNT INVESTED in signage or security to GUIDE traffic. This has made grabbing coffee here DANGEROUS.  Beware of violent and aggressive people when coming here.  Maybe each driver can take turns from Gladlys 3 entrances, to the drive thrus single  line.

I’ve been here a few times now and I’m addicted. The Avo Tom sandwich is delicious. I prefer to substitute the creamy cilantro sauce for their chipotle sauce instead. My husband does not like the taste of coffee but he loved the salted caramel cold brew. The Bees Knees blended cold brew is very good I tried it iced as well but preferred the blended version and the Dirty Harry latte is also amazing. I’m looking forward to trying their other drinks and hopefully their holiday edition drinks as well.

Great location, plenty of parking. Great atmosphere, with lots of space inside and out. Cool, modern decour. Amazing smoothies, frappes and food! Mocha frappe, strawberry and banana smoothie are both to die for. They have almond milk as an alternative with no extra charge. Their sandwiches are yummy! Free wifi!!! The customer service is also fantastic! You always feel welcome. Also they have a drive thru!!
