Happy with my hair cut, nice and welcome customer service:)

!!!!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Worst experience I've ever had in a hair salon. The women damaged my hair more than what it already was. I told her I wanted to go ombre she clearly doesn't know what that is since she technically just made my hair go a shade lighter. After I told her I wanted my hair to actually look blond from the tips she got mad and as she was blow drying my hair she was pulling so hard I had to tell her to be more gentle. What got me even more upset is when I noticed she was frying my hair on purpose to get back at me. Since she didn't offer to fix it I asked what could she do to make it better. She offered to bleach it again but since she had already mistreated my hair I just paid her the $85 she charged me and walked out exactly how I had walked with the only exception of fried hair. The worst part is that the women who was doing my hair was the one in charge that day.
