Called Glass Doctor this morning expecting to hear that they would have to order the windshield we needed for our truck not only did Charla tell me they had it in stock but they could also get it installed today too. Gerald told my husband it would 2 hours he had it done in just a little over an hour. Totally professional and great service. Thank you Glass Doctor

My experience with Glass Doctor of Montrose was horrendous. At the end of the process I had spent over seven hours with Glass Doctor for a two hour job. My original appointment was for 10:00 am, however, it was not until 11:00 am until an employee with Glass Doctor arrived at my house. Okay, a small delay, but originally of no concern. After an hour of prepping the removal of windows at my house for replacement, the Glass Doctor employee informed me that he would be leaving and not returning. When I inquired as to why, I was informed that a Glass Doctor employee was injured on a different job, and this employee was needed. I was frustrated when this information was given to me. It was not explained to me why one job took priority over my job. Also, it appeared that my job could be done in about an hour. Nevertheless, it was agreed upon that Glass Doctor would contact me with a follow up appointment. Frustrating, but things happen. When the Glass Doctor employee left, he managed to leave the gate to my yard open, and my dog got out. I spent another hour looking for and finding my dog. So after the first appointment, I had spent a combined three hours waiting around for Glass Doctor, or looking for my dog, with no new windows. Later that week, I was informed that the Glass Doctor had broken the replacement glass for our windows, and new replacement glass needed to be ordered, so it would be a week delay before a Glass Doctor employee would meet me at the house to install glass. Well, it was subsequently set up that I would be meeting a Glass Doctor employee at my house at 9:00 am. At 9:00 am on the day of the appointment, I was informed that a Glass Doctor employee would be at my house at 11:00 am, not 9:00 am. No appropriate explanation was given as to why. Well, Glass Doctor did appear just before 11:00 am, and completed the job in two hours. So I spent 4 hours waiting around for the installation of new window glass. I realize that our job was a rather small one, the replacement of six residential windows, however, I would hope that we would not be continually disrespected, with no concern given to my schedule or the time I spent away from work.

When our door got hit with a rock, we called and have them install a new glass door. They did a fantastic job back then, so in March of 2016, one of our glass windows got broke, we called them again. This was a mistake. First, when they came out to install the new window, they didn't measure it properly and had to recut it. When they finished installing the glass, they left gaps between the window glass and window frame. Now we have a crack in the same window they installed (not from someone hitting the glass as the crack started where they had cut it). When I called them about it and wanted to talk to the owner, he refuse to call me back. They only offered to give me 15% off a new window that cost me $577 in March. They will rip you off...... After having a different company replace the window.... We found that it was not installed properly.

Easy to deal with and willing to fix their mistake, servicing a rural area also a bonus.
