I highly recommend this vet to anyone in the area. Dr. Gibson goes above and beyond to make sure that your pet is well taken care of and makes sure to look at issues from every angle. My dog was sick with Lyme's disease and it was an extremely scary situation for me, but both the vet and the staff were extremely friendly and comforting and helped my puppy get better in no time. Dr. Gibson even called to check up on my pup a week after our visit to make sure that he was doing OK. I am well pleased with their service and appreciated the personalized care and attention. Your pet could not be in the better hands!

Very uncompassionate hospital and staff. We brought our dog in who was having cluster seizures and were turned away because they closed in 2.5+ hours. When our dog most needed help we were turned away. Sorry to trouble you with a dog in desperate need of medical attention on a Saturday at 9:15am. What would be the appropriate amount of remaining business hours for you to have helped us? Thank you for showing what your priorities are. We will be telling all of of friends and family of your disheartening conduct.

We were not clients of Glencoe but our cat Squid had been vomiting for about a day and I called to ask some advice as we do not yet have a vet in the area. The receptionist was very nice, helpful, and patient with me. Dr. Gibson also got on the phone and spent about 20 minutes asking about symptoms and giving me advice. We decided that our cat should be taken to MedVet for x-rays and possibly and ultra sound. Throughout the process the Glencoe team stayed in contact with us and MedVet. They made sure everything was alright and that he was doing okay. Squid has made a full recovery and is back to normal. I was just really impressed with Glencoe for taking their time to help us even though we had never met and were not patients yet. Thank you!

They turned me and my dog away this morning. I got there at nine and they said they wouldn't see my dog because they closed at noon. I am their neighbor. My dog was ill and needed cared for. Instead they passed me a emergency vet pamphlet. Zero compassion shown. They made me feel like I wasn't good enough for my dog to be seen. And again I am their neighbor, I live right next to this place. And this is how they treat their neighbors. Really shameful practice. You are there to help animals and you failed to so that today. Shame on you and your practice.
