Had court scheduled at 1:30 got here at 1230 it's now 210 and we are all still just sitting here no judge at all. They have no respect for our time, but quick to take our hard earned money. Ask when would we be starting and they said it's from 130 on or whenever the judge decieds to come out

If I could rate this place is give it a 0 out of 10. I have to pay for a ticket which I asked for an extension to figure out what I could pay & sign up for the no income contract. I went a couple days early to ensure everything would be taken care of. The person at the window said I'd be on a 6 month plan & the amount to be paid each month which I then agreed to. I have already paid the first month and today I called to confirm the amount I should be paying. The lady on the phone said that I'm not even on a contract & I could be issued a warrant because of it. Whoever helped me when I went in obviously cannot die her job correctly causing people to be at risk of jail time for her idiotic mistake. I am appalled at the idiocy I dealt with; thinking that she had helped me & I did what I was told to I am not liable for her mistake. Now I have to go in again! Thanks for nothing.

I have called them seven times in the past 15 minutes and they cannot even answer their phones what kind of court is this? It just shows how lazy these employees are they can't even do their jobs and answer the phone. maybe they need a new employee that's not gonna sit there and watch the phone ring and ring and ring maybe they should find an employee that knows how to answer the phone.......... this is straight up ridiculous and not OK.

Just rude and no respect for peoples time... We the people show up on time but the judges and the courts feel like their time is more important than others..
