Saved my little guy who was deathly ill.  An honest, hard working vet with a caring staff.  Could not be more pleased and grateful to Dr. Hess and her staff, I recommend them to all!

After 17 years my best friend, my everything my world had to be put down. It was time, Sunshine had dementia, she had accidents on me which never happened before and stopped eating. I tried everything!! 
Dr. Hess who had a senior dog at the time knew exactly what I was going through and the heart ache I felt knowing in my heart that her time was limited but Dr. Hess and her staff never gave up on her. We tried different ways to calm her at night and ease her anxious ways for over a year because she would forget where she would be and I honestly felt that she forgot who I was at some point. When her time came, I remember calling the clinic and making the appointment for that following week. Before I could hang up I was told to hold on because Dr. Hess wanted to speak to me. I was surprised because she was already on maternity leave. She took the time to speak to me and reassure me that my decision was the right one. It's like she knew in my heart I was battling with this. Not only did she make things better by speaking to me she made sure that she would be the one to do this so that she could be there for me. Belly and all =) Even though my world came tumbling down that day, it was a little easier because I was so blessed to have Dr. Hess and Tammy there for comfort and support. Thank You Dr.Hess, Tammy and Glendale Staff
