I have come to this place for shoe repair 3 times in 3 years.  Every time the store owner is late with the order.  He promises to do the work by a certain date and it's never done.  I usually give him 2-3 extra days just in case.  Today I went back and AGAIN he is not done ... his excuse this time is that the materials he ordered were just received yesterday.  Still, can you not give me a call and tell me that so that I don't waste my time going there?  Now he says my shoes will be ready tomorrow - let's see ... I doubt it ... Can anyone recommend a more honest shoe repair person in Glendora?  Someone who actually stands up by his word and does as he promises?
