The owner, Larry is a jerk. He doesn't like good drivers who know what they're doing. He wants Swift drivers who he can micromanage from the comfort of his office. His Dad, Glenn, built a good company, Larry seems intent on turning it into swift of pueblo. 
I would hold a sign on a street corner before working for him again. 
If they lose their one customer, Taylor Farms, they'll be out of business...
