Best lake to fish in the Memphis area by far.

Actually didn't use the store but I fish here regularly and this is one of my favorite spots in the area to fish. It's a great lake to fish for bass.

Make sure you have $6 per person for fishing permit. Watch out for the numerous trees in the lake. No-wake lake so keep outboard at idle.

Lake is so full of tree stumps lurking literally 2 inches below the surface you spend more time trying to avoid those than you will fishing.

Lake has very few bass; is 90% catfish so no thanks.

Staff will disappear randomly and somethings for long period of times.  They rarely answer the phone.

The rental boats (especially the smaller pontoon) are in such bad shape I was afraid it would sink.
