I would prefer to have given 5 stars but lately poor communication poor service and charged my insurance for my medication after I paid them cash then told my insurance I was refunded even though I was not refunded.  they eventually refunded me. However shorted me $10.00. And now today suddenly I  unable to receive my prescription after being told it was ordered and arriving tomorrow. At 5 pm I'm called to be told suddenly the arriving tomorrow medication was available. I believe my insurance demanded I be refunded and now my business is not wanted.

I was referred to this pharmacy by my dermatologist who diagnosed me with dermatitis. It had been misdiagnosed for 15 years by other physicians. She referred me to David at Glenoaks Pharmacy & assured me he would provide me with a compound that she believed would help. David was extremely knowledgeable and attentive and answered my questions and concerns. In almost five months, the problem which had caused uncontrollable discomfort has subsided and for th first time- it is controllable. I am grateful to David and the staff who are amazing. This pharmacy is the antithesis of the chain-store pharmacies that merely dispense prescriptions and whose knowledge can be limited. Please make an effort to visit them if you have found that pain and skin issues remain unresolved.

This had been my favorite pharmacy in the world.  David cares for his patients like family. We moved 30 minutes away and he'll still deliver.  He watches over his more problematic patients like me. He's been my favorite pharmacist and he compounds cremes that are so choice.

My wife n I  moved all of our persciptions to Glenoaks about 1 year ago. In the beginning we had to work out minor problems,  since they hired a girl that speaks very good English, we have No Problem! I couldn't be any HAPPIER.
