I think that you had the best aids, nursing staff and therapy staff.  The staff at front desk were extremely nice to and my family and friends and any questions I may have had. Your staff made treated me like a person. I Was glad for the help I received with them.

My 92 year old Grandmother was placed here for rehab after hip surgery. After a month of her not progressing as well as they wanted her to, they stopped giving her physical therapy and did not notify the family. My grandmother is now wheel chair bound and will not walk again despite the recommendations by her doctor to continue PT. When visiting her we found her in sitting in the hall way in her wheel chair, she stated they just left her there, so we wheeled her back to her room. She did not have her teeth or her glasses on so upon returning her to her room we searched for both. We found her glasses shoved in a basket on the bottom shelf of a stand in her room, next to her dirty teeth that had not been cleaned in a while. This nursing home used to be upstanding and filled with caring people who loved the residents there. Now it seems its just a paycheck to these people, with minimal to no care at all.
