Glen Falls Tile & Supplies was established in 1997 by Craig & Cheryl Burrows. We have become a great source for quality products, knowledge and award winning customer service. Very friendly staff. Being a novice at laying tile they made sure I had all the proper caulk, mastic and grout for my back splash. Quality tile as compared to the big box stores and I felt the price was very reasonable as compared to a couple other tile stores. I did run out of mastic and thought I did something wrong by adding too much to the tiles/ wall. But then I used an online calculator based on square foot and I wasn't crazy, there just wasn't enough. That was the only unfortunate thing with my order.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service and products received for our bathroom renovation. Jane, Brandon and Todd were extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. They went above and beyond to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend Glens Falls Tile.
Unfortunately, they couldn’t help me because I needed a custom piece of stone. However, Jane was excellent and patient with me. She referred me to other locals that could help me. The business I called before wouldn’t give me the time of day but Jane took time to explain the whys and my other options. That kind of customer service is top notch. If I ever need tile I will use glens falls tile. Thank you Jane!
We picked out kitchen backsplash tile to match our new countertops. Brandon was great to work with and gave us a very reasonable price as well as made sure I had ordered all the supplies I needed for the job with the appropriate quantities. We will be a repeat customer with Glens Falls Tile and Supplies in the future for our next tile project.
