I Accidentally booked a room here after midnight and didn't realize that it was for the following day. When I arrived shortly after 1 a.m Sean at the front desk was quick to help alleviate my stress and get me in a room quickly. Customer service here is definitely above and beyond normal hotels at this price range.

My wife and I always stay at Glenwood Suites when we're in Glenwood.  Among the upper tier of hotels in the area, Glenwood Suites provides the best vale for the experience.  It's conveniently located right off the highway, outside of the busy (and constantly under construction) city center, but close enough to drive there in 5 minutes.  Rooms are neat and clean, well-appointed.  Bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed, even come with cotton balls and q-tips.  Beds are comfortable and in good shape.  Every (?) room has a balcony, there is extra parking under the building, and they serve a solid breakfast, much better than most hotel breakfasts I've had.  About the only thing I could say it's missing is a pool, but if you use Glenwood Suites as a home base for various excursions around the Western Slope, you'll be a happy camper.

We take a trip to Glenwood every Fall with our friends and we stay always stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It is clean, quite, and comfortable. We love the included breakfast too!

Location is great for our needs, a little bit Away from the town center but near a couple stores and gas. Dairy Queen is next door. The rooms are comfortable, some of the suites have bunk beds. Breakfast is pretty good. The underground parking is awesome, staff is great. The rooms are starting to show minor wear but are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Wonderful stay for our Family Reunion. Close to EVERYTHING in Glenwood Springs! We did not utilize the Free Local Bus service, but could have. Friendly AND detailed staff. We enjoyed the below level parking garage (out of the sun for our vehicle) AND our granddaughter enjoyed "hiking" the steps for entertainment. Breakfast (selection AND area to relax with family around the table) ... fabulous. Get the Family Suite, the extra television PLUS beds "away from action" was a true blessing!
